Provizio announces partnership with Mergon

At Provizio, we are thrilled to announce our strategic partnership with Mergon, a global Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive supplier. This collaboration marks a significant leap forward in expediting the production of Provizio’s VizioR&I™ family of industry-leading imaging radar with embedded 5D Perception®, poised to accelerate the delivery of safe, cost-effective and scalable L3+ autonomy and industrial robotics.

As the leading provider of low-cost advanced perception imaging radar, our VizioR&I™ family of imaging radar delivers advanced perception capabilities, including object classification, speed, trajectory, and driving freespace. Powered by industry leading 4D resolution (3D + Velocity) coupled with embedded Nvidia® GPU technology, the system leverages Provizio's library of proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) neural nets and algorithms to unlock the 5th dimension, edge intelligence. With a perception range of up to and beyond 550 metres, VizioR&I™ offers crucial advantages across a wide array of industrial and mobility applications.

By partnering with Mergon, we aim to accelerate the production of this cutting-edge technology. Mergon's extensive experience and robust infrastructure, with manufacturing facilities strategically located in Ireland, UK, USA, Czech Republic, and Mexico, make them the ideal partner to assist in the design, development, and manufacturing processes of our VizioR&I™ production units.
